I approach therapy with a client-centered perspective, emphasizing understanding and empathy and tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
As a therapist, the modalities I align with include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Ego States/Parts Work, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. Additionally, I integrate expressive writing techniques to help clients reframe narratives.
I have a keen interest in working with individuals impacted by addictions (substance and behavioral), anxiety, interpersonal issues, stress management, chronic pain, traumatic experiences, and creative struggles
I believe counselling is an opportunity to explore and navigate challenges collaboratively with my clients. I hope to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where issues can be explored and overcome
