Natalie Willis, MC, Registered Psychologist

Owner and Director of Collective Healing Centre

“True healing lives where the mind’s understanding meets the body’s awareness. This alignment is the foundation of resilience, transforming how we carry our history and how we inhabit our future.”

With over ten years of experience in diverse mental health settings, I support children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s most complex challenges. My practice provides a safe, compassionate space for concerns ranging from anxiety and behavioral challenges to trauma, addictions, grief, and relationship conflict.

I believe that meaningful change requires more than just talking; it requires an approach that honors both the mind and the nervous system. I bridge this gap by integrating traditional talk therapy with specialized, body-centered modalities. As a practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Somatic approaches, I help clients uncouple painful emotions from their memories, allowing the past to feel like a story that is told rather than a trauma that is relived. This allows for rapid relief from triggers that often feel “stuck” in the body.

For my younger clients, I incorporate Play Therapy to provide a creative, developmentally sensitive space to express what words cannot. By meeting children in their most natural language of play, we can work together to build resilience and emotional regulation in a way that feels safe and intuitive.

Often described as calm, grounded, and non-judgmental, I strive to create the trust and openness needed for deep, multi-dimensional healing. Whether we are moving, playing, or processing, I am committed to helping you and your family find the balance and quiet strength needed to move forward with confidence.

Systemic Collaboration & Advocacy

Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum, which is why I am deeply committed to a systemic, collaborative approach. Beyond the therapy room, I work closely with schools, educators, and community partners to ensure a cohesive support network for my clients. Whether providing professional consultation, attending school meetings, or developing specialized strategies for the classroom, my goal is to bridge the gap between clinical insight and daily life. By fostering open communication with the systems that surround a child or family, we can create environments that don’t just manage behaviours but truly nurture long-term growth and resilience.
