I believe that all people have an innate tendency towards connection and growth. Using a compassionate and honest approach, I work with you to access your internal strengths, and to better understand your motivations, behaviours, emotions, and thoughts. We will collaborate to identify goals and move towards more joy, beauty, connection, love, and fulfillment. We can also uncover natural resilience to move through the difficult parts of life.
I have experience with a variety of issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship distress. I believe therapy should be specific to your needs. My approach is integrative, pulling from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family
Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Together, we will decide what feels like the best fit for you.
