Laura, Yoga Instructor
Laura offers mental health focused yoga series at the Collective Healing Centre. These classes draw from her training in diverse aspects of yoga, including Hatha and Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound), mudra (hand gestures), Yoga Nidra, and Himalayan Kriya and Kundalini Yoga, as well as her background as a Registered Provisional Psychologist.
These classes are created with the intention to support healing and growth with practices that foster nervous system regulation, release physical and emotional tension, and enhance mind-body awareness. Through the practice of yoga, we contact states of greater presence, expanded consciousness, and a deeper connection to self, supporting us to live as our fullest expression.
Laura’s intention is to create experiences that allow us to be truly in the moment and embody the feeling of life flowing through us as we connect with mind, body, and spirit. She aims to reconnect each person to their innate wisdom and sense of empowerment, while offering tools and techniques to support a desired state of being. With an open heart, Laura enthusiastically shares her knowledge and passion for yoga with students.
